A wife - My husband, Jason, and I have been married for almost seven years. We met on a blind date and were engaged 40 days later. But that's a story for another day...
A mom - All in all, we have five children: two boys who are crazy and crazy-fun all the time, two children who are already in Heaven due to miscarriage, and one child who is still in my tummy and scheduled to arrive in March, 2011.
A writer - My main passion and calling is writing, and my first book, Who Has Your Heart? The Single Woman's Pursuit of Godliness, was published a few years ago. It came out the month after our first son was born, and since then the mommy role has taken over a large portion of the writer role. Though I still work on books when I can, most of my writing during this season of life is for our church magazine and for Priority Ministries.
